This is the second time I have purchased this grill. Unfortunately, the one that I received had two defective parts. Because this was ordered for my summer home in a remote location, it would've been difficult to return. The Wayfair Weber support person could not offer me the parts needed, he could only offer me an exchange. I said I might consider it when I returned to IL. I later called Weber in IL and they agreed to ship just the parts to me. The grill itself is usable, but the hassle to get the initial order accepted (I was initially told it could not be shipped to my location.) and then the defective parts (Weber's fault) made this a rather unpleasant experience.

Love this purchase. Weber’s are the best!! Works great. Very versatile grilling choices. Love the 20lb charcoal holder compartment. A definite must have

500 for a grill that came damaged and Weber’s response was “ we will send you the damage piece” no apologies or anything. The parts are made of some cheap material and it’s very disappointing on how they decided to design such a beautiful grill, but it’s trash! Won’t recommend .

This Weber grill is awesome. Charcoal grill with a small propane light. It cooks wonderful and even. Easy to assemble. The color choice was black. I would recommend this product for anyone who likes cooking with charcoal.

I can only review the delivery and assembly of this at the moment because we have to pick up charcoal & the propane canister. Maybe tomorrow we will grill and I will update. Delivery amazing, Fedex even brought it in the backyard. Assembly, easy as can be. Instructions are very clear or you can even download the step by step guide with video & audio. The sure is a pretty looking grill!
