Customers find the product easy to use and appreciate its functionality, noting that it simplifies rotisserie cooking and produces great-tasting results. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability and construction, with multiple reviews reporting that welds broke and parts detached after only one use, which is considered below the expected quality for the brand. The design also received negative feedback, with some users experiencing issues with securing components and finding the loading process challenging.
