Visual Comfort warrants that its products shall be free for one (1) year against any defects that are due to faulty materials or workmanship. Visual Comfort shall promptly correct such defects by repair or replacement, at its option, without charge. This warranty covers product defects only and shall expire one (1) year after the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by and resulting from misuse, neglect, accident or improper operation, maintenance, storage, transportation or handling of this product. The warranty does not cover transportation costs for return of the product or for reshipment of any repaired or replaced product or costs associated with installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product. Visual Comfort shall have no responsibility for damage to persons or property or other loss or injury resulting from a defect in the product from improper use or installation. Finish:Natural Copper
While attractive these are not copper. They are a reasonable alternative but understand they are some kind of composite “plastic” material. The assembly instructions are not clear and even my electrician could not figure out how to install the glass in the door panel. Many chats and calls finally solved that problem.

Very attractive, but not sure it's really made of copper as stated. When you thump on the "metal" ribs you'll get a dull sound, rather than an authentic metallic ring. This makes me think it's either a dense plastic or a cheap alloy that's got a copper-like, faux antique finish. At $550 this should be real copper; not something cheaper and less durable. Disappointed but I'll probably keep it since it is nice looking.
