Beautiful fixture, the glass is really nice

Fixture Finish:Texture Black
The lantern looks beautiful in picture and in reality. However it arrived with all the glass broken, shattered in many pieces. And I couldn't understand why because it was properly packaged and placed in two separate boxes. So upsetting !
