If a product is received or becomes defective, a Warranty Request form needs to be completed by the selling party. This form is available upon request from Sunset West. Products that are defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This is a limited warranty and applies only to the original purchaser through an authorized Sunset West reseller. Sunset West will cover freight charges on replacement orders up to one year of ownership and shipping to the address on the original order. Sunset West uses premium Sunbrella® (solution dyed acrylic fabric). It is recommended to clean the fabrics on a regular basis to prevent the build-up of dirt and the chance of mildew to form. Wipe light spills with a clean, dry cloth. With regards to stubborn stains or spills, please visit www.sunbrella.com for specific care and cleaning details. Cover your outdoor cushions with outdoor covers (sold separately) when left outside during inclement weather, and when not in use. Allow cushions to drain if wet. If soaked through, stand cushion on its side to allow faster draining. Ensure cushions are dry when covered, store cushions separately. Clean sling fabric using a mild soap and warm water solution and soft cloth., Sunset West offers metal frames in both powder coated aluminum and wrought iron. To clean, wash with a mild soap and warm water solution using a soft cloth. Do not use a coarse brush or harsh cleansers, as they may damage the finish. Always rinse and dry thoroughly after cleaning. We recommend covering your outdoor furniture with outdoor covers (sold separately) when left outside during inclement weather, and when not in use. Ensure frames and cushions are dry when covered, store cushions separately. Especially in freezing environments, outdoor furniture should be free from water and covered in the winter or stored in a shed or garage. While drain holes are preventative, water can still gather in the frames, freeze, and cause the finish to crack and the frame to burst. Coastal areas are very harsh on all metals - salt must be cleaned from frames on a regular basis or the finish may oxidize, discolor and/or blister. Finally, to maintain or restore the luster of your powder-coated finish, after-market products are available to refresh UV repellency and water repellency – apply as needed.

These are really pretty in person. There’s a little bit more distressing on the metal and pictured online. And they’re not as heavy as I thought they were going to be. They look like something you would see at a resort though!
