If a product is received or becomes defective, a Warranty Request form needs to be completed by the selling party. This form is available upon request from Sunset West. Products that are defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This is a limited warranty and applies only to the original purchaser through an authorized Sunset West reseller. Sunset West will cover freight charges on replacement orders up to one year of ownership and shipping to the address on the original order. This is the most beautiful, well made and stylish outdoor chair. It is incredibly comfortable too! Cushions are 8” thick! We bought two of them and love them!

January 2025: Update-I ordered a second set of chairs and it’s been over SIX months that they have NOT shipped. PERIGOLD has been DISASTROUSLY INCOMPETENT in delivering these chairs. The shipping date has moved three times, once they even said they had delivered the chairs and they had NOT. They have placed TWO more “reorders” and I still don’t have them. I’m at my wits end. Summer 2024: Solid, beautiful chair. I love it- I wish now that I had bought more than 2! The colors are true to what they looked like on line- and it’s truly comfortable.

These chairs are beautiful. it is so nice to find something that isnt the standard wickeraluminumwood. They are super comfortable heavy enough that I dont have to worry about wind but light enough that I can move them easily on my own.
