Using fine sandpaper and/or a piece of standard cardboard to sand down the wood to a smooth touch. Do not sand your weathered teak as you will sand off the weathered finish. Do not use power sanding as heating may cause dark marks on the wood. Cushion: Clean using water-based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner only.
