Excellent fountain. The whole experience was top notch. The delivery was made without a hitch. Everything packaged on a pallet that was secure and safe. It is very heavy, so a lot of help is needed to move it into position. The fountain comes with everything you need - Pump, hoses, and even a canister of touch up if needed. We did not need the touch up. Very easy to assemble. The instructions are very easy to follow. You will need an out door outlet to plug it in. Just a regular plug is fine. Make sure you have a solid foundation for where the fountain will rest because this fountain is the real deal. It is not a decorative, cheap, plastic knock off. This is a heavy, durable, proper fountain that should last for many years. We are very happy with the purchase. Well worth the price.

The item was packed carefully and the delivery was smooth. The biggest bowl was heavy, it took 3-4 guys to place it. The fountain matches what's in the photos, it looks solid and high quality. We love it!
