When I got my order for the second time after having to reorder because my first package broke; it was broken as well and now I have a bunch of broken pots and I cannot get a refund. Neither package was in a box marked fragile and the interior didn’t have any bubble wrap nor newspaper to help pots stay intact through any contact caused during shipping.

I have been very disappointed with my purchase, because both orders came in broken The pots themselves are heavy and worth the buy. Its strictly the way they are packaged The second order was the packaged the exact same way and they came in broken as well

These planters are a great way to start spring planting! Color matches our new kitchen! Small detail, but they also have small pads on bottom to prevent scratching new counter!!
