The produce price ordering process etc was all good. The delivery itself also was great, good crew with good communication. The reason for only 3 stars is because after the order you are directed to a track your order site which tells you next to nothing. It does tell that the product was initially put on a truck, but then that is it for days. At a minimum put the expected next update and that it is on schedule. The absence of any info/update is disconcerting to say the least

This was well packaged and arrived undamaged. The pieces are large, but not heavy. Relatively simple to put together with just two sizes of screws. Perfect size and shape for our space. We can’t wait to use it.
