I bought the rooster fountain as a present for my wife to replace a crows fountain that finally died after ten years. We started using the rooster this spring and it is awful. The rooster leaks in several places and the water pump failed after just a few uses. I tried to solder the leaks, but it is hopeless. Does Wayfair stand by its products and, if so, how? Other Wayfair products I purchased over the years were fine. I'm surprised and disappointed.

It is a gift for my mom....she absolutely loves it. The pump is great, everything assembled easily. Love it!!!

I haven't tried to set it up (so I can't say how it runs), but it came with some very obvious damage. I didn't see a way to print a return label to send the item back; instead, the only option I saw was to request a replacement part. That's what I did, and I'm now waiting for a response from Wayfair.
