Love the pot. Just as pictured - actually even better than the photo because of the texture. But the packaging was a disappointment. Nothing was broken - but the shipper used old fashioned styrofoam that breaks up and floats everywhere. There are new kinds of peanuts and other packing materials that are biodegradable and earth friendly. For a company that's proactive in pricing (high price points and quality), I expected better. Please do better.

I have ordered this twice..... both times it came in MANY pieces. There was very little internal packaging and nothing on the outside stating FRAGILE! I ended up asking for a refund. Disappointing.

It didn’t even have packing or styrofoam. So it’s completely shattered. I don’t understand.
