Product arrive damaged. Poor packing from manufacturer. Wayfair promptly coordinated replacment also arrive damaged in a similar fashion as packing the same. Getting to be a hassle since delivery requires waiting around to accept the package. I plan to just wait till it warms up to repair the cracks with glue and clamps.

However, fading and/or discoloration caused by exposure to chlorine elements, tanning oils, liquids, chemicals, water damage, or any other cause are not covered under this warranty. It is important to note that teak wood will naturally turn gray over time, but it can be restored to its original finish by sanding and oiling.
