What an awful experience - the purchase included ‘white glove service’ with the chairs arriving preassembled. They were put together HORRIBLY - a first grader could have done better. Parts were missing, bolts and other hardware installed in the wrong places. I had to disassemble and reassemble, going to the hardware store to get replacement bolts and nuts to finish. I tried to talk to Wayfair and was just blown off. I may or may not have extra hardware being sent to me, but it doesn’t matter, I waited a week and finished with parts from the hardware store. In the end, the chairs are nice, but the service was terrible!
