I spoke with Perigold multiple times and Fed Ex multiple times about ordering and putting my order on vacation hold. After Perigold assured me this could be done, they told me I had to order it first and pay for it, then tel Fed Ex what I needed. Fed Ex then told me it was already on the truck by the time I got the notification of a tracking number from Perigold. Fed Ex was unable to hold my delivery. Terrible customer service from both Perigold and FedEx. You both shipped 5000 worth of lighting and then couldnt track it or ensure its safe delivery.

Overall the light scones are fine, not as bright as what we saw at butler lighting store, not sure what is the difference with these ones from Wayfair. The pictures on the manufacturer website are little deceiving. We expected the color temperature to be on the cooler side but the actuals are warmer. Price is not justifiable.

We loved these and used them indoors!
