Great fountain! Great quality!

We absolutely love this fountain! The sound and the aesthetics are wonderful. When compared to other options I found online, the price, convenience and quality of this fountain is superior. It is lightweight, the reservoir and the pump and included. And making the connections are easy. The only challenging part is working with the pump in the relatively small space. Installation was easy, but watch the posted youtube video. You can see in our picture, we have quite a bit of oversplash because we like the larger sound and bubble. You can create a bigger catch basin much more cheaply; rather than buying a reservoir extension, create a 'skirt' with pond liner and slope it towards the reservoir. We also purchased an autofill kit, which I highly recommend, directly from the same company. When the company determined the orders were going to the same place (evidently Wayfair sends the orders to the vendors for fulfillment), they put our autofill kit in the reservoir of the fountain. Not a problem, but then they left the mesh screen out. In the meantime, the company was purchased by another company. We had been anxious to get the fountain installed, so when I called about an issue with the autofill kit (which got addressed with teflon/plumbers tape) it was really too late for them to do anything about the missing screen. Easy fix - purchase aluminum (fiberglass is too flimsy) screen from your local hardware store.

Got this item to replace a 20-year old pond whose liner finally gave out. Installation was extremely easy (I simply filled in the old pond footprint until I reached the level where the water reservoir was to sit, and then filled in around it). What impressed me was the quality of this fountain package -- the rock looks incredibly real, the reservoir and grate that the "rock" sits on are both very study, and the pump is one of the best I've ever seen. I now have a rock garden in the footprint of my old pond with a lovely water feature. All in all, I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my project -- because the product purchased was of such high quality (and oh, the delivery went off without a hitch, too).

I bought this at the beginning of the summer so have some perspective on the item. It looks great and was fairly easy to set up. The challenge I've had is that the pump has been clogging up and it took me 5 months to figure out that all you need to do is shoot some water down the top of the rock with your hose and it unclogs it. Before that, it was the painful job every week of taking all the rocks off and cleaning it. So with that solved, I'm quite happy with it. I can't give it 5 stars though because the company is totally impossible to get in touch with. Tried email, phone, and I mailed in my warranty card - never got a response to any of the three.
