I have a number of Kingsley Bate furniture pieces at a house that gets lots of rain. We move some pieces under cover but still outdoors in winter, all have weathered well for over 25 years. I’ve tried other brands with poor success. We added a patio recently so I purchased 2 of these chairs, same high quality as past pieces.

Hard to assemble. If I had known the level of effort required I would not have ordered it. There was a chipped piece of wood on one of the pieces but I was not going to go to all the trouble to ship such a bulky & heavy chair back for a replacement. So decided to live with the chip.
