The four chairs arrived on time and look just like the product photos/description overall. Good quality plastic and design, as expected from Kartell. However, the box was torn open during shipping (big hole on one side, packaging foam spilling out), and one of the armrests got quite dirty/smudged with grayish marks and scuffs along the edge. It seems like it rubbed against something rough in transit. I haven’t tried cleaning it yet (was traveling when it arrived), but I’ll attempt with mild soap and a soft cloth first. If it doesn’t come off, I’ll reach out to customer service. Delivery was quick and efficient otherwise—happy with the product apart from this small transit damage issue.

Clean the product with a damp cloth and soap or neutral liquid detergents diluted with water. Do not use ethyl alcohol or detergents that contain even small amounts of acetone, trichloroethylene, or ammonia (or solvents in general).
