Does a good sear for an awesome steak on the Kamado Joe.

The Sear plate really upped my grill game. I was making great food for my family but once I added the sear plate, it was noticeable. If you have any Komado Joe, you need to get this plate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this sear plate in both my Classic 2 and my Joe Jr. I put it right at the bottom of the divide and conquer. I reverse sear steaks until I get to the right temperature then sear the bad boys right at the fire. The best steaks I've cooked

This plate allows me to put a good sear on my steaks and sausages, it also allows me to cook with my cast iron utensils. this is an amazing grill grate.
