Great addition to Kamado lineup , packed with care and easy to assemble.

Phenomenal grill, I really enjoy the unit once I managed to get it working. The instructions are minimal and I had (2) errors after I assembled. (1) there was no mention in the instructions that I needed to untie and plug the back probe into the plug. The smoker just kept saying PROBE ERROR and shutting down. Once I noticed this was not connected that went away. (2) It was constantly saying LID OPEN even after adjusting the lid screw to the right tension (wasn’t done right at factory). I luckily found that having the top temp gauge wire going through the back hinge was causing this. I pulled it out and ran it around the back hinge and that fixed the error. Now that I am grilling error free I LOVE this unit. Please update assembly and user instructions please.

I bought my Konnected Joe in december 2025....and i'm amaze how easy is hit to use. It works perfectly and i had some issue to plug it on electricity. I had to replace my power outlet for a normal one. It solve the problem and it now works perfectly. I am so happy with this BBQ. I recommend it.

Don't buy this product unless you want to replace your electric fan. I baught the pizza maker and as soon as the temps got too hot the fan stopped working. This is a big problem for something so expensive. 100% do not recommend.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself. (OK, for my wife also as she will benefit from the amazing meals😊). I cooked a ham on Christmas and a brisket on New Year’s Day in addition to chicken breasts, wings sirloin steak, rib eye steak, tri tip, stuffed flank steak and vegetables. I have had no issues starting to fire or keeping the proper temperature even the the air temp was as low as 0 degrees F. Wow is all I can say. Anyone deciding which grill to buy, get the Konnected Joe. You will be known as the family and neighborhood expert pitmaster. Great grill and I am just getting started!
