Best sear I’ve ever had

After debating purchasing the soapstone, I decided to go ahead and treat myself, and I am thankful that I did. This this is awesome, very well made and simple to use. You need to season it first like cast iron, but I'm my opinion it works better than cast iron. This thing holds heat very well, the only drawback is that it may become fragile after a lot of cooks , or too hot of temperature.
