I've had mine for a couple of years now and it makes the greatest smash burgers.

I you really want to step up your grilling game, purchase this set. It is unbelievable how well it will help you.

This was our most recent purchase. For the longest time, I had been looking at discadas until this griddle came out. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, but a little bulky to store. I recommend a medium heat with a grate just below the griddle so you can place a grease/fat drip tray below the slit. To clean, spray water with a bottle until the grime comes off. This is just another of Kamado Joe’s accessories that add value and flexibility to an already awesome grill.

This is the perfect bundle if you look to pimp up your kamado with cast iron pans and griddle.
