We love the seeded glass on these lights! It softens the light yet is still bright enough for the walkway along our home. We have a total of 7 lights from this Edgewater collection. They give a classic look. There is a difference in the look of the glass in these 17 1/2 inch lights compared to the 21 inch light which we installed by our front door. The glass in the 21 inch light is a little more clear because the seeding texture is less dense. It works fine on our home since the other lights are spaced far enough away so the difference isn't obvious.
