Well designed as a downlight - the light forms a semi-circle around the fixture. The backing is a ribbed glass over a gold background - very pretty both when lit and during the day.

Bought this for a client for the entry. They actually put out a lot more light than I would have expected. Look great. Really nice finish as well. (Bronze)
