Fixture Finish:Museum Black
The fact that some of the pictures showed a hanging arm and the description had hanging arm in it, it was very misleading that the base is not included. I originally was going to buy the 17 inch version, which all the pictures had the base, this version not all photos did, but definitely assumed based on the description the arm was included.
