Fabric is sturdy. Size was accurate based on given dimensions. It hasn’t rained since I put the covers on, so I can’t speak yet about the waterproofing. So far, I am very please with this purchase.

Little tall for the table we put it on, but the ties on the corner adjust easily to get it snug enough to stay on.
