the fountain is a beautiful piece - I elected the inside delivery option however the fountain weighs 1200 lbs comes on a 4x4 pallet. The delivery people could not do anything but drop the pallet in my driveway - no assembly instructions and missing a few small parts that i picked up at hardware store - you should not offer something that can not be executed

We bought this a long time ago. It looks great and is very nice but it took absolute AGES to ship. I think the delay was over 6 months. Still, we like it a lot and I think it is one of the nicer fountains out there.
