This fountain looks amazing, but is incredibly heavy and comes in two pieces. You will most certainly need help from strong experienced installation professionals. It would be ideal if Wayfair offered a “white glove” delivery/installation service that could be purchased along with the fountain. While the last mile carrier was fantastic in terms of delivery placement, it would have been awesome to have had professional unboxing and packaging removal, followed by professional installation. One critique I’d have is that the “channels” in each of the basins are not grooved deep enough to allow the water volume to flow over without overflowing the lip of the basin itself (even with the pump turned on its lowest setting) I’m going to attempt to “rout out” the channels with a dremel tool to deepen the grooves. All of this aside, this is a beautiful addition to our courtyard and looks fantastic!

Need to add the professional services to relocate from delivery point to near front door and install this fountain

Beautiful, very heavy, now that this is finally set up the water splashes out, due to the cuts not deep enough in the tiers. We are still looking for a fix, we reduced the pump as low as it will go, but the cement creases need to be notched out more. .
