I love the pot; it’ll be perfect with the rest. But one bad thing….why was it packed in that styrofoam (?) I understand that fragile piece but they don’t use styrofoam anymore as it can’t be recycled! Maybe try another material that wouldn’t make me feel so badly dumping all that into a landfill (?)

The planter is amazing. The 25 cubic feet of chopped up styrofoam in the box to protect the planter was absolutely appalling and really unnecessary. There are lots of sustainable choices for shipping materials - this had to have been the least sustainable shipping packaging I've ever seen in my life. Not the styrofoam that dissolves in water (the corn starch ones) these are the good old nature hating styrofoam pieces. Just awful. Please - change your packaging or I won't buy from you guys again.
