One of the seals wasn’t in tact and water leaked in through the top. It was impossible to get through to customer service and when I finally did AND I provided pictures they never sent a replacement. Very frustrating! Flickering since the first rain. Once we opened it it was FILLED with water. (See pic where it leaked out onto deck and note the water damage on the inside of the glass)
