Furniture scraped and dented in very obvious places. Unacceptable as the furniture wasn’t cheap

Easy purchasing process via Wayfair, continued with proper shipment updates and on time arrival. Product safely arrived, as advertised and in perfect condition. Assembly was generally simple. One area for improvement would be designing for somewhat larger screws, and that can be magnetized.
