I'm not sure about this chair, it looks great but it is really deep for a barstool. Residentially it's great, it's almost like a lounge chair because of the depth and I could sit in it for a long time. I don't like that it swivels. This is going in a bar for an outdoor restaurant sitting on a beach at a hotel. It's a bit too deep and the spinning is not so good in a commercial setting because people tend to get hurt. The chair is very sturdy and well made. I think it will be okay, we are having a lumbar pillow made so it doesn't sit quite so deep and a new cushion for the seat as the cushion on it isn't very soft. To sum it up: This chair would be great in a residential environment but needs some modifications in a hospitality environment.
