Looks nice water sound is low

I have to give this item 1 star. Not because it isn’t a well made item (it appears very sturdy). But because, after waiting 2 months, the color of the item that we received did not look anything like the picture. Rather than having the brown weathered tones, the fountain we got was glossy orange. I am very disappointed that better care wasn’t taken to ensure what is pictured on the website is a true representation of the color received. I will be sending it back.

Looks great. Sounds good with regulator to increase/decrease bubbler. However, manufacturer needs to make the inlet pipe on the bottom of ball shorter so it doesnt pinch the tubing when connected to the pump. Poorly design and not well thought out. Had to cut it down myself. Something the manufacturer could fix. Extremely heavy (base 300lbs and the ball unbelievable is 100lb) no joke!! so you'll need to find some strong guys to carry/place it.

Very frustrated with Wayfair. I paid the room placement fee and the shippers would not take it where we needed. That’s not what bugged me, it’s when I messaged Wayfair about my problem they said they don’t refund upgraded delivery fees. They just lost us as customers! We have spent thousands of dollars over the years and they are willing to fire us over 49 Crazy!!!!

This has been one of our best Wayfair buys. It has lasted for 2 winters and it looks just like it did when we first bought it.
