Packaging, delivery and set up were a breeze. There is a small chip on the edge of the top lid. I did not want to go through an entire return process since I had lugged it to the backyard and set it up. Revision 7/29/2022. It has developed a leak after 2 weeks. Troubleshooting recommendations didn’t work. Contacting vendors for help.

I like it. Its burble is relaxing to listen to. Color-wise, it’s not quite what I expected. It’s lighter. Perhaps it will darken with age. Though it wasn’t hard to assemble, the instructions could have been clearer. On the plus side, the pump’s flow is adjustable and the light can be unplugged without affecting the pump. I bought a timer for it so I wouldn’t have to unplug it at night. It works well.

Bought a brand new fountain, hooked it up, put about 6" of water in and to find that overnight all the water leaked out. Not good for something brand new.

Love the lights!

This is the second such fountain we have purchased, but we cannot recommend spending quite a bit of money for a product that has turned out to be far inferior to its successor. Imagine our disappointment (and, given its price, our anger) when this fountain came out of the box covered in a white powdery coating that bore no resemblance to the gray concrete color of our predecessor fountain, purchased several years ago, and the picture in the Wayfair listing. Whatever substance is on the surface does not wash off; we've tried plain water and a diluted distilled vinegar solution to no avail. So two days ago we called the maker, Campagnia International, leaving a message with homebuyer's customer service about our problem as instructed. We hoped to be enlighted as to whether there was anything we could do to get down to the fiber cement surface that we expected. Our call has yet to be returned. We're still hoping to avoid having to return the fountain because of the hassle of packing up and getting to a shipper such a heavy, unwieldy object. Come on, Campagnia, return our call. Or maybe Wayfair can explain what gives with the ghostly and unattractive coating.
