The fountain is beautiful. We think of it as a modern classic, and we frequently receive compliments from neighbors and guests. The one drawback was that there were a few scratches when we received it. Be sure you have at least two people to move the two pieces around. The total weight is well over three hundred pounds. We used movers' straps to lower the bowl into place. Also, make sure it's sitting level before you fill it.

Slow shipping and arrived literally broken in pieces. They are replacing but I have to get rid of concrete pieces and the pallet. 5 days later and the replacement hasn't shipped

This fountain is beautiful and makes a great gentle water noise. The pump is a bit smaller than I think it should be for the fountain and the water height in the image on wayfiar's site is misleading. The water only comes out of the top spout maybe 2 inches in height. However, if it came out as much as shown in their image I would imagine a lot of water would be lost by splashing. I took a star off of my review because the finish is left to be desired. I deliberately purchased black because I imagined that over the years I would need to re-paint or touch up the fountain and I wanted an easy to match color. Good thing I did because during transport the black finish rubbed off of many places on the base of the fountain as well as the top bowl leaving white showing. The reason I took off another star is because the top bowl was difficult to level. For the price of this fountain you should not have to use shims if the base is perfectly level (which mine was). I was expecting better manufacturing on this due to the cost and not to mention that the top bowl must be perfectly level for water to flow over all sides evenly. Wayfair did work with me some on the finish damage but even with a small discount the fountain is still too over priced with the other issues. I for sure recommend picking a color you think you can match if you need to make any repairs or re-paint.

Bought this for my side yard. It is very heavy! I noticed that others talk about it being lopsided on one side, mine is too BUT that is so the water will drizzle down the side into the bottom. I would buy this again!

Don’t order this from Wayfair. I never received it and after calling every day for almost a week after they said it was delivered, I was told by a manager that they returned the item because they didn’t have my address. Terrible customer service. I bought the same thing from a different site for less money, received it way faster and it was actually delivered to my house! Wayfair has a terrible delivery service for heavy items.
