I am so happy with my new birdbath! Customer service was exceptional, and delivery was top tier!

Birdbath is great. Packing materials are a nightmare with no service offered to open package and remove all packing materials.

Beautiful piece. Extremely well packaged and in perfect condition delivered by three very kind gentlemen. They were very careful in their delivery. The only comment I have is that nowhere on the Packaging does it state whether the internal packing material (a heavy duty curly straw like material ) is compostable, recyclable or just garbage. We try and minimize our curbside garbage. I tried calling and spent 10 minutes on the phone with no result.

Cracks are developing all over.
