Terrible instructions. Putty missing in package.

While this is a beautiful fountain, we have yet to set it up without leaking. The leaking is occurring around the cord at the top of the stopper. According to instructions, should this leaking occur we must use 100% clear silicone to seal around the cord. This seems like a solution, but no silicone was provided in the kit. Now we must purchase this item before we can try to set up the fountain again. I think, for the price of the fountain, a tube of silicone should have been included. Linda

Love it, it’s beautiful and perfect

Love this fountain. I'm writing this review after enjoying the fountain for the whole summer. Now that the fall has arrived birds are making frequent visit to bathe and the squirrels think it's there public drinking fountain. The running water sound is good and it the pump does block-up but it's very easy to clean because it's above ground versus my old fountain that was below ground.
