It is a very heavy fountain. The color is beautiful and the sound is so relaxing

Absolutely love this fountain, the tranquil sound of the water can be heard in a large yard and inside the house with the windows open.

The fountain is great in many ways, but there are a couple of things to be aware of. First off, I was told that it supports a direct water line so you don't have to manually refill it. It was because of that information that I went ahead and ordered the product. I didn't find out that this information was incorrect - it only is designed for manually refilling it. If the fountain is run anywhere from 5-6 hours a day, after 2 days or so, you have to add more water or it will start making this "whirring" sound as it's sucking in air because the water is below the intake area where the pump is located. Once you fill the fountain base above the intake are, the noise will stop. The other thing to note is that the copper tubes under each basin for the water to drain to the lower level may need some adjusting. If they're sticking out too far inside the basin, then no water will reach it and then it doesn't drain to the lower basin. If you carefully tap the tube with a hammer, you can push it further down and then it will begin to drain like the others. Overall I'm happy with the fountain. It does look great and it sounds great, too. Just a few "misses" that would have earned it 5 stars.

The fountain looks even better than the picture and great quality product. Very heavy and well built material.
