Customers praise the product's attractive appearance, elegant design, and high quality, noting its sturdiness and substantial build. Many reviewers also highlight the excellent packaging, ensuring the item arrives in perfect condition. However, some customers mention that the birdbath is quite shallow and requires frequent refilling, and one reviewer noted issues with mold release contaminating the water.
