The bench does not include any method of attaching the legs to the bench. The "full delivery" option included "assembly". The delivery team even brought tools to attach the legs but there was nothing included to do that. This was after the initial delivery team declared itself incapable of assembling and placing the item and dumping it in my garage. If there was no "assembly" required, why were they unable to complete the delivery. Finally, $700 for three simple concrete forms seems awfully expensive if no assembly hardware is included.

Very nice piece in my garden. I saw some reviews complaining that it is just three pieces placed together without any actual assembly, but so long as the ground is level, gravity is working just fine to keep the bench on the sides.

The top of the bench cracked within 24 hours of having it .

I would give this whole experience 0 stars if I could. For the product, it’s small, flimsy, and doesn’t even lock together—it’s just 3 separate pieces. Not sturdy at all. For the experience, I paid extra for the better delivery. The people who delivered adamantly said they “didn’t have room” to take the pallet or trash back with them (even though it was on the truck to deliver in the first place) and left it all on my curb. I got a ticket from my city of residence because the city also refused to pick it up. I called WayFair but nothing was ever done about it. I will NEVER order from WayFair again. Product is terrible and so is the customer service.

My garden benches are very nice. I put one in my front yard and one in my backyard. The delivery guys were very careful when they delivered them.
