Very pleased with this product. The quality is excellent, and it is heavy and appropriately sized for my front garden area in a high wind area. The item arrived securely packaged on a pallet with plenty of packing materials, ensuring it was well protected during shipping. Everything arrived in great condition, and I would recommend this product based on its quality and packaging. Easy installation.

I love the fountain. Its working beautifully and it wasn't hard to assemble. However, I had to persuade the person who delivered the very heavy cumbersome package it came in to use his dolly to place it on my deck. He wasn't going to do it!!! I never experienced a delivery person who wouldn't do his job before. Sad.

We put this on our balcony outside of a low window. We can now watch the birds drink and take baths from our living room couch. It is perfect and has worked perfectly for a couple of years. Highly recommend

The first one arrived broken but a replacement was shipped very quickly. It is HEAVY which makes it stable. Birds are playing in it right now. It is the perfect focal point for my yard.
