I am so happy with the Blackstone Grill and the food that I have cooked has been better than any prior grill. The one item that I would highly recommend is the initial conditioning of the grill. This was very important, and I bet many people use the grill before conditioning it. I am not sure how you can highlight this better, but I was lucky that I did this without reading all of the literature and purchased the Blackstone conditioning product when I purchased the grill.
