Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. Burner performance is amazing, knobs change colors to show which zones are on.

Cooked smash burgers directly after seasoning the grill and they turned out amazing!

This fits in beautifully as a drop in to my outdoor kitchen and the three burners heat up the griddle quickly. Love cooking on it!

Turn on per instructions. Seasoned the griddle. Would not and will not turn back on. Customer service ai is unhelpful.
