What a wonderful addition to the Blackstone!

Great quality product. Very sturdy and easy to clean.

I bought this to cover an old stove-top griddle that I use to cook burgers on that spatter all over my stove. I wasn't sure if the product would fit the griddle or do what I wanted it to, but it fit perfectly and does exactly what I wanted which was to keep the spatter from going everywhere. It seems to be a good quality top and I could use it on my outside grill if I wanted to.

Love this selection, I love cooking on the grill and this cover gives me the height needed when covering food.
