Love it should have got one sooner definitely lived up to the hype use it weekly now

I love the grill but one of the handles for the hard cover has the screws in so tight I can’t get them loose to put the handle on. That’s my only complaint. Everything else is wonderful.

Arrive with minor damage to box. This seems consistent as my previous order had a damaged box. Grill stabilizing shelf and cover were both bent just a little. Was shorted one slotted washer needed for shelf assembly. I think the product is sound but the handling is rough.

Do not recommend! We've had this for only 4 months, I got it as a gift for my husband. The use has been minimal since we got it in the winter, and it has been kept in the shed with the included cover on. We were very happy with it until this week when it started rusting. We brought it out today and it looks horrible. Customer service says there nothing they can do because it's been over 30 days. I understand policy so there should be a clear label that this product doesn't make it to the year
