I actually used these stools in the kitchen. They are very sturdy, and look nice with our cherry cabinets. They tuck under the island overhang well. The island is 37" high, so the stools could have been a little shorter, but there is plenty of room for one's legs under the counter. The screws were a little hard to navigate for the cross pieces, but we were able to tighten them. Glad they are solid teak and not some unknown hardwood.

Beautiful! I see why I had to wait (worth it) for the bar stools to be back in stock. Perfect package, a snap to put together and fast free delivery as always! Love my bar stool.
