The dining table did not come with assembly instructions. Had we not first assembled the chairs (they DID have instructions) then we would have been lost and more confused. I'm not sure if the instructions just weren't slipped in there or if there are none to be had. Kudos to the instructions for the chairs though! They were very clear and intuitive. Definitely not written by an engineer, but probably more of a simple minded, logical, intuitive person like me! They got me! The furniture was MUCH easier to put together than something you'd get from, say, that big box Swedish furniture store (It starts with an I!). The quality of the furniture is fantastic! The set is beautiful in it's design and wonderful in it's simplicity. I'd rate it nothing but the highest!
