Williamsburg cabinetmaker Edmund Dickinson owned a copy of Chippendales Director, the most fashionable furniture pattern book of the 1750s and 1760s. When he died fighting for the American cause in the Revolution, his Director was worth as much as his "new rifle gun". As part of the WILLIAMSBURG for PORT 68 collection, Bamboo Trellis celebrates Chippendale in bright meadow green-on-cream porcelain. The pattern was inspired by the dining room chairs in the Governor's Palace. The hexagon-shaped lamp features aged brass finished hardware and ball finial.

Jardin is our floral branch chinoiserie inspired collection of porcelain which is available in blush pink and soft green on a cream/white glaze background. This classic lamp is accented with a brushed brass base and brass ball on riser finial. The floral branch pattern wraps around the lamp base.

The Mendoza combines refined materials for an aesthetic that is both exotic and elegant. A slender antique brass neck is met with jungle marble with hues in a myriad of green tones. Deep etched center detailing adds a textured element. Topped with a tapered ivory microfiber shade with an ivory microfiber lining and a matching jungle marble cylinder finial. Finish and marble will vary.

Our Check Candlestick Lamp is a bright idea for so many spaces around the house. The espresso-inspired checks are hand-painted on an enamel candlestick base, trimmed with brass, and topped with a petite bell shade.

Nothing special for this price. The actual lamp is smaller than it seems in the photo - suitable for a desk or bedroom - too small for a living area (end table). Worst of all is the color as shown in the photo. I purchased it because it appears white/ivory in color but the actual color is nowhere near white even using two 60 watt bulbs but is more of a "gold" multicolor - like the colors in an oil slick.
