I love this lamp! I ordered an open box item and it arrived well packaged in a short amount of time. Unfortunately it arrived without a shade. Perigold was very responsive and gave me full credit refund. I was able to purchase a shade elsewhere, though it's not as nice as the original. But it is a decent substitute.
