This chandelier was such a disappointment in that the globe appears to be a brushed cream opaque color, however, when it arrived it was glossy glass that was brownish gold - nothing like what the photo looked like! Crooked glass cut. Ordered 2 of these. The first one installed was great 4 stars. We liked the look. The second when installed inner shade was not cut in the center so it hangs annoyingly off kilter. I called Lamps Plus easy great customer service. No drama on either our parts, just looking to resolve. Waiting on the replacement shade with fingers crossed, but downgrading item to 3 star reveiw because there should not be a issue with inconsistant production.
